Mob the Block
Visibility Content Service Agreement
This agreement is entered into between Mob the Block (“Service Provider”) and Client.
1. Service Description
Mob the Block will provide monthly visibility-focused social media content support designed to help businesses maintain a consistent online presence and increase brand visibility.
Services include:
• Up to 8 social media posts per month
• Caption writing for each post
• Content direction and ideas to guide what footage the client should capture
• Basic editing and formatting of client-provided photos and videos
• Delivery of content ready to post on the client’s social media platforms
The client agrees to provide photos, videos, or footage captured from their phone or camera to be used in the content.
Mob the Block does not provide on-site filming unless agreed upon separately.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Provide content footage in a timely manner
• Respond to content approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• Maintain active communication regarding their brand, offers, and promotions
If the client fails to provide footage, Mob the Block is not responsible for delays in content creation.
3. Monthly Investment
The investment for the Visibility Content Service is:
$325 per month
Payment must be made before the start of each service period.
Services begin once payment is received.
4. Term & Cancellation
This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis.
Clients may cancel services with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
Payments already made are non-refundable due to the time and strategy involved in content planning.
5. Content Ownership
Upon full payment, the client will have the right to use the created content on their social media platforms.
Mob the Block reserves the right to use the content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
6. Results Disclaimer
While Mob the Block provides strategy and content designed to improve visibility, results such as sales, engagement, and revenue depend on multiple factors including product quality, audience demand, and client consistency.
Mob the Block does not guarantee specific financial results.
7. Agreement Acceptance
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
