Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Mob the Block. Our 1:1 Brand Strategy Sessions are intensive, "on-site" collaborative experiences designed to move your business forward in real-time. To maintain a professional schedule, we adhere to the following policy. 1. No Refund Policy All 1:1 Brand Strategy Sessions are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and payment is processed, the sale is final. This policy reflects the exclusive reservation of our expertise and the dedicated time slot that is no longer available to other clients. 2. Rescheduling Policy We understand that emergencies arise. If you need to move your appointment: 48-Hour Notice Required: You must provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled start time to be eligible to reschedule. Forfeiture: Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the session fee will be forfeited. Limitations: Sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of one (1) time. 3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. No-Shows: Failure to attend your session without the required 48-hour notice will result in the session being marked as "completed," and the fee will be forfeited. 4. Session Readiness There is no pre-session paperwork required. All strategy work, auditing, and execution are performed live and on-site during our time together. We ask that you arrive on time, prepared for an intensive, deep dive into your business operations and brand strategy.
