Operational Rules & Standards
Space & Setup: Booth assignments are made solely by MTB and are final. No subletting or sharing. Vendors must stay inside booth boundaries and arrive/load in during designated windows.
Hours: Booths must be set up 30 minutes before opening and remain fully operational for all event hours. Early breakdown is strictly prohibited.

Media Release: Vendor grants MTB an irrevocable right to use photos/videos of their booth and products for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
